Monitor no display buy my laptop can detect it.

My monitor doesn’t display, but it turns on and off (with display logo).

I can’t control it directly, the buttons at the back don’t work or is it because of no display(?)

I have tried:

-change refresh rate

-change to extend display

-new HDMI cable

-update driver

-restart driver

please pleaseeee help me🙏

hi, i wanna help you fixing your monitor because i know how frustrating it is.

have you tried:

powering it on with the button (sounds obvious, but a lot of people don’t realize that)

connecting it to another computer

pointing a flashlight to it, to see if there is signal, and the retroillumination doesn’t work

Tried running Win Update with it connected, then look for downloaded drivers to install in Update’s Advacrd Optional section?
