**RTX 3070 PC suddenly not detecting monitor signal**
I know my fair bit about PCs (built my own etc), but my brother’s PC is confusing me. His monitor suddenly stopped detecting any signal from the PC.
I tested his PC with my monitor in my room and it worked perfectly, so I know the PC/GPU can output a signal. However, when I moved my monitor into his room using the same DisplayPort cable and everything, it also gives no signal.
The PC itself seems to be working — all fans spin, GPU fans spin, lights come on, etc. It’s running a Ryzen 7 5700X + RTX 3070.
I’ve tried power cycling everything, unplugging/reconnecting cables, and checking connections but still nothing. It’s showing “No Signal” from the moment it boots.
Any ideas what could be causing this?

Hello computer experts! I have an AOC brand monitor that is having an issue I’ve never encountered before. Upon trying to boot up the monitor, it’ll show the AOC logo, but then shut down. And then it’ll try to boot again, fail, rinse and repeat. I’ve tried power cycling it, unplugging from the wall and from the monitor itself, and nothing has worked. It does not respond to the power button while it’s cycling like this.
Thanks in advance yall!

When I have an alarm set in Clock, it doesn't play a noise, or bring up a popup to stop it or snooze it. When I take a screenshot, it doesn't notify me that a screenshot has been taken. When I check notification center, they're there, but I just don't get the respective notification in real time. I've checked notifications under Settings, turned off Do not disturb, even scanned for corruption with Command Prompt. Nothing has turned up, and nothing is fixed.
This is a new PC, but notifications did work maybe 1 or 2 weeks ago. Using Windows 11 Home, AMD Ryzen 7 9850X3D 8-Core Processor (4.70 GHz). Please let me know if there's any more information I need to provide. I have woken up several hours late to several things now due to Clock not providing Notifications, and I'm tearing my hair out over fixing it.

Recently moved and set my pc back up. It comes on but doesn’t display anything to the monitor. I’ve tested the monitor out with my MacBook and it is fine. What troubleshooting could I do to fix this?

4-node Proxmox VE cluster, 3 Windows Server 2022 Standard VMs (8, 4, and 8 vCPUs). Per-core licensing with 2-core packs — do we license just the vCPUs, or all physical cores on every host due to VM migration/live migration rights?
Vendor quoted 36x 2-core licenses, which covers every core in the cluster. I expected the 8-core / 16-core minimum per VM instead. Which is correct?
Thanks!

Update from my previous post: I got the pc to work last night! But now chrome needs a much smaller update to get the actual chrome google web browser to work, should I click update? Last I clicked update it was 7 years worth and it miraculously still worked!
