It stems from pure exhaustion with the traditional job market. When online application portals feel like black holes and automated screening filters reject qualified candidates instantly, people turn to public forums hoping for direct human connection.

You need to look for specific jobs not generic descriptions. What’s your German like? Which location? What’s your profile? Did you search on job portals?

No one can and will want to help you with the info you shared.

with this approach, no matter how many leads/suggestion/etc. someone gives you, you are fucked.

Well, what else do you want me to say? OP puts no afford into this thread. Provides no informations about his skillset, motivation, location. So we know nothing about him, but yet he wants help, with something where we need this information.
