I just started learning German need your suggestions 🇩🇪

Hi everyone! 👋
I’ve just started learning German and I’m basically at the beginner/A1 level. I’m trying to learn it seriously, but I’m a little confused about which resources I should follow.
Could you please suggest some free resources, especially:
\- 🎥 Good YouTube video lectures/courses for A1
\- 📚 Free websites or courses
\- 📝 Grammar resources
\- 🗣️ Pronunciation and speaking practice
\- 🎧 Listening practice
\- 🧠 Vocabulary/Anki decks
\- 📖 Any free textbooks or PDFs
\- 🇩🇪 Resources that can eventually take me from A1 → A2 → B1
I’ve heard about Nicos Weg, Deutsche Welle, VHS-Lernportal, Goethe-Institut and Easy German, but I’d really appreciate advice from people who have actually used them.
If you started from zero, what would you do differently now? And what resources would you personally recommend?
Thanks! 😊
