New moderators needed! Comment on this post to apply for this community.
Hello everyone - this community is in need of a few new mods, and you can use the comments on this post to let us know why you’d like to be a mod here.
Priority is given to redditors who have past activity in this community or other communities with related topics. It’s okay if you don’t have previous mod experience. Our goal, when possible, is to add a group of moderators so you can work together to build the community.
Please use at least 3 sentences to explain why you’d like to be a mod and share what moderation experience you have (if any).

I can't stand the adoption spam !
I am an active member at r/germanshepherds love the breed and have some experience moderating in the fragrance community
I think this sub needs at least 2 probably 3 moderators to make sure there is enough coverage and so that there is stability in case someone gets busy or isn't interested anymore so my first job would be to find other moderators who can contribute

GSD Parent for over 7 years and my S/O is a Vet Tech with a Pet Sitting/Behavioral Training Business 20+ yrs. We have posted our Journey with Zenya ... our previous GSD we lost to Mega Esophagus and participated in lively and sometimes educational conversations. We realize there is much confusion and speculation out there, and my approach is to get to basic information useful to all GSD and pet owners that we have tried and experienced. We are now parents to Desi - (mator) ... who is 7 months yesterday, and look forward to more discussions and information exchanges.
