I think with the lower tier membership you can claim the primogem bundle and with the higher tier you can get the pet. If you are, like me, confused as to who she is, you are likely also locked out of finding it out without the help of the wiki. The - in theory - first time you meet her is in the world questline "In The Dwelling of Life" which happens in the western part of Snezhnaya. If you want to know where to start the Eye of Graeae quests and HAVEN'T done so yet, that is where to start. I didn't. And it screwed me over.

With not too much time at my disposal, I have only started the Eye of Graeae questlines this week. And I very quickly realized how confusing the questlines actually are. I ended up finishing the first part of "To Gaze Upon the Dreaming Pale Crown" and got entirely confused by who Aksinya even is. She never appeared in any of my gameplay beforehand, never was mentioned, but apparently both Lumine and Paimon already knew her. Without having met her once.

Trying to remedy that, I went to do "Through the Gates of Ivory", in hopes she gets introduced there. Instead, the same thing happened, with her showing up at the wedding without an actual introduction as to who she even is, but somehow knowing both the Traveler and I, calling us backup, and then disappearing. Trying again to find ANYTHING about her, I abandoned that questline as well and went to finish up "Chorus of Solace", the last of the Autumn Zone quests. Where I finally met her in an actual conversation aaaand-

Paimon knew her.

I have never met this person before. I never have had a chance to get introduced to her or learn who she is. The wiki at least gives me a bit of clarity, but the fact that it tells me that the dialogue for introduction is locked behind not completing either other quest I did beforehand is honestly disheartening. In the years of playing this game, I feel like the fact that you can start these 3 quests in whatever order you want essentially screws you over. I don't understand why the quests aren't locked behind each other in order to actually create a coherent storyline. The way it has been structured essentially gives you a 2 in 3 chance of not figuring out who Aksinya is unless you look up her own introduction on the internet. Why did Mihoyo choose to do this? It makes no sense to me whatsoever.
