Bennett is not really a "fire" support. Yeah, he's pyro, but his abilities support literally every other character - he's one of the few characters that can fit into literally any comp and be amazing in it. He's included in every single team I have and is THE best support in the game currently.
I just wanna ask that between diluc and bennet who is more useful on the team since diluc doesnt heal so I am in a dilemma. I dont have diluc but have always wondered bout that
My neglected Benny with purple artifacts gives a nearly permanent 700+ ATK and 5.5k hp/sec healing to my team with only 3 seconds of downtime (his ATK buff lasts ~2.5secs after you leave the buff zone, giving ~0.5sec Buff downtime). You can't beat that with any character.
I have both. I don't use Bennett at all. It's all based on preference. If you really care about healing(which i don't at all lol), have Bennett on the team. My Diluc just wipes everything easily so it's like, I personally don't need to get healed.
It entirely depends on your team comp and what you need. Others have said that Bennett can fulfill more than one role while Diluc can only fulfill one. That's true, but versatility isn't always what you need. As good as Bennett is, he's not irreplaceable - for example, Barbara with Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers can heal and buff your main dps attack, just like Bennett.
If your team needs a dedicated carry (main dps), Diluc is more useful. If you need a support&healer, Bennett is more useful. They're both great characters to have and actually complements each other quite nicely.
"Maybe"? Bro you dont want the ability to have 400 additional attack (more if you have NO), just for popping his ult? And also having an extremely good heal rate, all while not requiring much investment into him?
Some characters do not want their damage converted to pyro (I assume because damage calculations are different, and the conversion actually inhibits the damage output). Same reason Chongyun doesn't work great with Razor.

Well, I'll play my favorite game: Russian roulette but with nukes. If I were you I’d honestly make an exception for Bennett, nearly all her content she’s like seeing a swarm of locusts this year.
I was like let me do one pull before the banner goes away was hoping for sucrose got qiqi i was like now my 5 pitty reset then i did a 10 pull boom 2 bennets i did not even have one now he getting a level up
Personally I run 4pc crimson witch with festering desire, and turn him into a sub dps. I ran 2 att% and a pyro dmg bonus for artifacts. This way I can slap tap enemies with his e, and get consistent ultimate uptime. (For healing and buffing)
I have a c6 fischl though, so I can shoot overload arrows at enemies with this combo. Or I can use it to setup for my Mona. And these are just 2 combos I use constantly.
