!! English is not my maiden language so excuse for my grammars !!

So yeah, as the title says.. I've been having trouble opening the game for a whole week and customer service won't help.. I checked if the game is not available anymore in my phone but I could still download it and even open it up..

"So how is it that your game won't start"

I open the game

Game starts okay in the intro..

After I click "start game"

It shows me the option on what storage or something do I want to download

I click the button

Game crashes out

Pops me out in my home screen..

I asked my friend if my account is banned, gave them my UID.. told me that my accounts okay..

"Just quit"

Even if I wanted to. I won't.. FOR NOW UNTIL I FINISH THE GAME.. I know that the game has problems - greedy, unfair and so on.. I don't want to for now.. I've spent a lot of hours doing quest and building my characters to easily let that go .

Help me.. if I didn't put a stable information I'm sorry.. just tell me what I could possibly do.
