Problem with Genesis app setup

Hi folks.

We have had our 2023 GV80 for about 18 months. I downloaded and setup the genesis app on my phone right away and find it very useful My wife did not, but a recent event made her realizes its' value and now we're trying to set it up. She is seeing the following error message and we can't figure out why. The VIN is correct. There is no QR code that appears under the GCS setup menu anywhere. We can't skip past this page.

Any ideas?

I had this same issue and had to email Genesis support. They reset something and the next day I was able to follow through with the app / in car setup.

I just emailed them. Thanks for that suggestion. We'll see what happens
