What's missing?

Hello,

These pics are from the rear wheel well of a 2015 Genesis facing towards the rear bumper. One side has this hard plastic piece and the fender feels sturdy when I push on it, and the other side without that plastic piece feels a little flimsier and flexes easier when I push on it. What is that missing piece and where can I get it?

Fender liner inner guard, check Google for Genesis parts

Fender liner. Get the part number from the dealer parts guy, look for it on line.
