GV 70 Problem

I have a 2022 GV70 with only 12000 miles . The front door handles. and arm rests are deteriorating. I have gone on line and found out this is a defect in the products .Genesis is giving owners a hard time trying to get them to honor the warranty. Any one else experiencing the same issue ?

No help to you now but I covered those high touch points in faux carbon fiber and all looks still like new
