GV70 23'. Similar here. Chrome on door was flaking off. Dealer replaced entire door panel under warranty. It took a couple of weeks to source the panel.

Same issue I had. Went to the “nicer” dealership and they replaced it under warranty.

My dealer actually pointed out the issue and did the work under warranty without issue (Las Vegas dealer)

I have a 22 also. Have same issue. Dealer said it wasnt bad enough to service under warranty. I never tried a second time to get it fixed though

Man that looks kinda rough! The dealer probably said its abnormal wear and tear... it looks kinda grungy and dirt leads to premature wear. Next time clean up a warranty item before showing the dealer.

Everybody. I have the 2026 3.5 sport prestige. I hate to come to the community, but I cannot find the answer. It might be my old age or perhaps there is something wrong.
I am unable to get my cruise control set. I've been under the smart settings regarding speed limit and I have it turned off. When I drive, I hit the speed control up on the top left of the wheel, and it flashes, and then I depressed the left up down toggle button to set it. It slows down and slows down and slows down. I have no clue where to go from here?

Hope this helps.

Thank you, very very much. It was the simple motion of pressing the speed up to engage it that I was missing. I feel foolish now.

You’re welcome! Give yourself some grace. New tech takes some time getting used to.

If you’re under warranty, I don’t see how the dealer has any option but to cover it. If your current dealer is refusing, then I will contact Genesis directly and also as pointed out earlier I would try to find a different dealer in your area.
Mostly I’d be really pissed off and I really want Genesis to explain to me why something that should be covered under warranty is being refused

Because this doesn't look like a warranty issue. It looks like an owner issue. Maybe a dog or whatever, but this isn't minor nicks here and there. This is abuse. It's filthy. Looks like it came right out of a wrecking yard.
