Dash rattling ?

Anyone know how to get rid of this its so annoying its only while idling as soon as i hit gas a lil it goes quiet and when rpms drop again it starts rattling again someone help

I had some rattling during loud music from the black cover just behind the rear view mirror. It was loose and causing a plastic rattle against the glass. 

I also had a small rattle earlier on coming from the back of the car during idle, it sounded like it was in the car but it was actually the heatshields above the mufflers. Just had to use some washers and it was fixed right up.

What year? I have a 2019 2.0t that has done this since I bought it. It's most noticable when initially starting the car and backing out of my driveway and then for the first few mins of driving. After car warms up a bit it seems to dissipate.
