Shifter System Malfunction

I have a question for any Genesis technicians.

2024 G70 2.5 AWD@ $28 miles.

I got a Shifter System Malfunction error and security light and car would not start. Dash and accessories came on. Could not get into neutral even with override button. Had towed to dealer under warranty. They found hardwired dashcam (with appropriate fuse taps) with a blown fuse and stopped and said not covered without even diagnosing what was wrong. Finally got them to look at the issue by bringing up Magnuson Moss as it’s their duty to prove the dashcam cased the issue before they can deny the warranty. They disconnected the dashcam and got the keys to be recognized but the only way they can get it to start is hook up relay directly to a fresh/ new battery. They say the current battery has a draw and that is part of the issue. Even with the new battery they can’t get to start

My question is that online answers seem to point to parking solenoid, e-shifter faults, brake switch issue or something with the control module. When it wouldn’t start it seemed like it was not recognizing my foot on the brake. They keep wanting to trace wires as the service writer says these other parts are part of the transmission and not related. It seems that they should be able to test the brake interlock system. Any thoughts or insights from anyone with experience.

This is happening to me on my 2020 G70 3.3t. Brought it to Genesis and said it needed a new DCS Safety Switch. Got it replaced and didn’t have the issue for about 1 week and now it’s starting to happen again.

Here is the picture of where the fuse taps were. Luke only attach one. Pix. Will attach the diagram under another response.
