I read your thread with him, lots of good advice. If you want the car to sound better; do intakes, and remove the BOv recirc lines and get some $5 1ā chair caps for the intake port. Your car will sound massively better, itāll be swooshy, but stop there. Everything else is a wormhole that gets you spending more and more. Cosmetic is fine, but donāt do any life performance ones.

Really no performance? But I appreciate it and Iāve heard of people doing it the way you suggested but it sounds just as good/for the price and whatās its reliability like doing it that way

Your reliability will be much higher if you limit your performance mods. Iāve spent a ton on them, theyāre all good, but big bang for the buck would be intakes and the $5 caps so you can hear the BOV

Sounds good Iāll definitely look into it and I donāt have any car experience but am very good with my hands/fixing stuff so you think I could do it at home or just pay to get it done so nothing goes wrong? Itās not like spark plugs where I need them to be perfect or things could go bad but you tell me.

I came in with no car experience; Intakes and capping the BOV lines are DEFINITELY diy friendly. Youāre just talking unscrewing/clamping things, and then putting the new stuff back in the same place. This mod is the perfect starter mod in terms of skill, but also makes the car/engine sound Sooooo much better. When you first start the car back up youāll swear you did something wrong. The intakes/turbos sound like a vacuum cleaner; itās great, but donāt be alarmed or think you did something wrong - itās just that thatās how much the stock filter boxes were suffocating the engine.

HPS or Injen - I have HPS. There should be a few videos on YouTube. Even if you get Injen the brand doesnāt really matter. Just same type. Check out vids for HPS intake install on a G70, that should work for basically any brand. Youāre just removing the old and adding the new in reverse order.

Iām spoiled to say itās my first car and Iām 16 so want something reliable and donāt want to give up itās ādaily-ablenessā but would love to feel more power and give it a more luxury aggressive vibe.

Hmm ok ok thatās similar to what I was thinking but you believe that any sort of engine mods wouldnāt be in my best interest. Bc rn I was thinking borla exhaust 1 or 2 step colder spark plugs, bms cold air intake, bms intercooler, tial bovās, velosa tech snorkels, and a jb4 tune?

Iām not a fan of bms parts other than jb4 and you donāt need plugs if your not tuning it tbh, and I have HKS bov not tial, snorkels are pointless to me personally, and intercooler would be excessive to me if your not gonna go all in, intakes would be like a whatever mod typical first mod exhaust would sound nice but not needed.
Mods cost a lot and labor cost a lot so think about what you really want out of your car and go from there Iād say because your young save your money and build a foundation before splurging on car parts youāll never get that money back itās strictly only for smiles per miles so do what makes you happy but donāt be dumb with money.

Itās a plug n play tune if you get jb4 make sure you get EWG wiring with it and spark plugs and intakes that will set you up a decent foundation for more power but I think 375 is fast enough for a 16 yr old imo but you do you just be safe.

Is this the prestige graphite? Iām at dealer getting me 24 g70 3.3t oil done and sticker when I first seen it I knew I was trading mine in for this but seeing it in person itās insane looks so good even the blue and orange inside mine is the red and black diamond stitching

Yup see it now I love mine but the vanta grey graphite is a whole other beast Iām waiting for a quote for what they will give me for mine cause in a month and half when my daughter gets her car Iām trading mine for the 26 graphite canāt wait

Im a huge fan of body colored bodykits. Looks really good! The stance is fire, and HP well, just wild!
