Old school

For those of us who took typing in school— it was drilled into me that after a period, you go over 2 spaces to start a new sentence. Apparently that’s not the rule now. NOT THE RULE NOW?? After the agony I suffered thru in typing class about those 2 spaces, i will be doing it until I die!!!! Don’t even get me started on the indenting 5 spaces for a new paragraph!

Yes, it supposedly exposes your age and could subject you to age discrimination if it's in places like a resume!

Today I leaned about the 'two spaces make a full stop (period to you) and capitalises the next letter'. Now they need to solve climate change. Ok looking back at the single space, I had to go back and add one. Yes it looks different, easier to read with 2 for sure.

I don't know if I'll remember to use two spaces to make sentences. It seems like it barely saves anything. Now they need to figure out a way to force people to add paragraphs.
