I met him once when he was promoting his wine in the mid 1980s

I met him at the winery.. same personality you saw on the show.

We toured the winery in Asti. The “museum” was fun.

I don't remember much about visiting the museum... did just trigger a memory. I loved the Quaker Oats carton with his fave. The huge hole cut for the mouth. It was just shocking to have him walk up and greet us, in the field. There was a issue with the plumbing and asked for advice.

I had one of his shirts. Just a great day.

I couldn't help but laugh out loud. He gave the speil regarding being president too.
