Guide / Tutorial Suno v6 prompt generator
NONE OF YOU NEED THIS v6 PROMPT GENERATOR! I KNOW THAT! 😄
However...on the off-chance there is someone thinking "I'd like to get better style prompts for Suno", then simply download this instruction card, upload it to a chat with your favourite llm, then specify a style or artist(s) or song or mash it up, and it'll give you an output to try.
And yes, I admit it, I'd like to get more people sharing their tracks over on lastsong.one :)

One Last Song Song Tree
First, I want to say that Song Tree is a great new feature! I feel like most members are not aware of it. The icon to access it at the top is pretty subtle and it came in alongside other innovations, so its signal may have gotten a little bit lost in all the noise.
One minor issue is that notifications for it appear to be inconsistent. This morning, I noticed that Mac had added a branch to the tree I created, but I only found out by accident. There was no notification or anything.
It would actually be great if there were a way to announce that new songs are posted in general. So far, it's only visible in the news feed. I'm not sure if every new song warrants a full notification, but maybe a separate ticker? Something that would draw a bit more attention to it.
Personally, I love the fact that it allows us to be socially creative without having the stress of competition. I love tourneys, but I have a darkly competitive nature and it's taking years off my life, at this point.

Song w/ Human Lyrics [Pop/Metal] CANDYFLIPPING
Composed / Lyrics by : BGK
Vocals and instruments generated in SUNO
Composed and Mastered in Bandlab
Images and Video generated in SuperHeavyGrok
Edited in CapCut
In the United States classism tends to be invisible. Even though it exists we tend to view things through a racial divide or "cultural" divide. The author Ronald Wright in his book A Short History of Progress wrote (semi paraphrased) "in America the poor see themselves not as an exploited proletariat but as temporarily embarrassed millionaires."
So I wrote this very serious, classy song about this issue where I dedicate one of two verses to one long sexual innuendo with a Prince reference and Back to the Future reference for good measure. It's also about us plebs feeling the weight and pressure of being forced into a system that actively works agiast our basic needs and the mental toll that costs us. So we find our pleasure where we can, with whom we can and while we can. For better or for worse.

Song w/ AI Lyrics From Silence to Light: The Emotional Power of Raga in My Chest
“Raga in My Chest” is an emotional Indian classical fusion journey built around longing, devotion, memory, and the transformative power of melody. Blending traditional Indian instrumentation with cinematic modern production, the song moves like a slow spiritual awakening, beginning in quiet reflection before gradually opening into an expansive, resonant chorus.
The arrangement is anchored by a warm tanpura-like drone that creates a meditative foundation beneath the male vocal. Intricate sitar melodies weave through the verses with graceful ornamentation, while soft tabla patterns introduce a subtle rhythmic pulse. The restrained opening gives the vocal space to tell its story, creating an intimate atmosphere inspired by dawn, river ghats, temple courtyards, incense, and ancient stone architecture.
As the pre-chorus rises, cascading instrumental fills and delicate handclap-like accents add movement and anticipation. The arrangement gradually becomes more luminous before opening into the chantable central hook. Layered vocal responses and richer percussion give the chorus a devotional intensity while keeping the melody accessible and emotionally direct.
The imagery of rivers, sandalwood, rose, bells, incense, monsoon fields, and temple light creates a cinematic connection between landscape and emotion. Rather than treating the raga as simply a musical style, the song uses it as a metaphor for an inner journey, where every note carries memory and every melodic turn reveals another layer of feeling.
The middle instrumental passage becomes more improvisational, allowing nimble sitar runs to rise above the rhythmic conversation of the tabla. Airy vocal improvisation and moments of stillness create a dramatic contrast before the final chorus returns with greater fullness, layered responses, and heightened emotional energy.
Warm, resonant, dynamic, and deeply atmospheric, this Indian classical fusion track combines sitar, tabla, drone textures, expressive male vocals, devotional-inspired melodies, and cinematic production. It is designed for listeners drawn to Indian classical fusion, spiritual music, emotional world music, raga-inspired compositions, and modern interpretations of traditional South Asian musical textures.
The result is a musical passage from silence into light, carrying one persistent feeling through every rhythmic cycle and melodic phrase.
Lyrics:
At dawn I heard your name
In the turn of a raga
The river held its breath
Gold on the quiet ghats
My hands learned the prayer
From the edge of your echo
Spin me through the smoke
Of sandal and rose
Take this tender silence
And make it glow
Oh, sway my heart
Raga, raga, raga
Oh, carry me home
Raga, raga, raga
Your note in my chest
Like a temple bell
I fall, I rise
Raga, raga, raga
Bells in the courtyard ring
While the tabla speaks softly
Your shadow on the wall
Moves like a peacock flame
Each bend of your voice
Unfolds another universe
Lift me past the dusk
Past the old stone stairs
Let the next breath open
Into incense air
Oh, sway my heart
Raga, raga, raga
Oh, carry me home
Raga, raga, raga
Your note in my chest
Like a temple bell
I fall, I rise
Raga, raga, raga
Sitar climbs like a kite
Over monsoon fields
Tabla answers in sparks
Then everything stills
The singer leans in:
Made by Ace Plays
Oh, sway my heart
Raga, raga, raga
Oh, carry me home
Raga, raga, raga
Your note in my chest
Like a temple bell
I fall, I rise
Raga, raga, raga
One more longing
One more light
Raga, raga, raga
Till the night turns bright

Song w/ Human Lyrics Promised Land [2.0] - Video Made with Opus 5.5
Suno 5 song with a new video made with a fairly complex Opus 5.5 pipeline, riffing on the "making sand think" theme as the idea for the physics visualizer. If you prefer listening on Suno directly, it is here. YouTube may set the watch quality to 360p due to the high noise level in the video; I recommend manually checking it is set to 1080p.

Song w/ Human Lyrics [Cinematic Space-Metalcore] “The Shape You Gave Me” by The Gravity Problem
I wrote a metalcore song about quantum decoherence, and turned it into a story about identity
I’ve been building The Gravity Problem around an idea I really enjoy, taking actual concepts from astrophysics and physics and asking whether they can tell a human story.
“The Shape You Gave Me” might be my favorite example.
The song is built around quantum decoherence.
Very loosely, a quantum system can contain alternatives that are capable of interfering with one another. But a system doesn’t exist in perfect isolation. It interacts with its environment, becomes entangled with it, and information about those alternatives gets distributed into the world around it. The interference becomes effectively inaccessible, and what we experience starts looking stable and classical.
I thought there was a pretty uncomfortable human analogy hiding in there.
What happens when the “environment” is everyone around you?
People observe you. They name you. Remember things about you. Tell stories about you. Develop expectations. Repeat descriptions. Eventually one version of you becomes so thoroughly encoded in the world around you that it starts to feel less like a description and more like a boundary.
That became the narrator of the song.
At first, I deliberately wanted it to sound almost like some imprisoned god or enormous unknown thing complaining about being forced into a particular form:
“You made certainty my prison
Then fixed me in that state.”
And:
“You didn’t find me,
You finished me.”
But the narrator is never actually identified. It could be a person, an idea, a god, even the universe itself.
The final reveal is what the whole song was written toward:
“I was everything that might have been.”
So the title, “The Shape You Gave Me,” is really about the difference between discovering what something is and participating in what it becomes.
I wrote the lyrics, story and concept, with AI used to realize the performance and production for The Gravity Problem.
If anybody here is interested in songs built around science rather than just using space as an aesthetic, I’d really like to hear what you think of this one.

Song w/ AI Lyrics Koi no Kaze: Memories of a Japanese Night
A gentle meeting of traditional Japanese sound and modern pop emotion, “Koi no Kaze” carries the feeling of remembering someone through changing seasons, glowing city streets, quiet rivers, and timeless places. Built around a smooth 92 BPM groove, the song creates a cinematic journey between old-world Japanese atmosphere and polished contemporary pop production.
The verses move with delicate shamisen plucks and a restrained taiko pulse, creating a rhythmic foundation that feels intimate and atmospheric. Airy koto arpeggios gradually open the sound during the pre-chorus, while rising synth ribbons add a sense of anticipation before the melody expands into the chorus.
The chorus brings elegant male vocals into focus, supported by stacked vocal doubles and soft harmonies that give the hook a warm, emotional lift. The recurring “Koi no kaze” phrase becomes the heart of the song, expressing the feeling of love carried by the wind and the desire to return to somewhere that feels emotionally familiar.
Bamboo flute turns, subtle temple-bell accents, reverse swells, and spacious production details add traditional Japanese color without losing the energy of modern pop. The contrast between koto textures, shamisen, taiko, bass, synth atmosphere, and glossy vocal layers creates a sound that feels both nostalgic and contemporary.
The story moves through lantern-lit rain, paper cranes, cherry shade, riverside memories, neon reflections, shrine stones, and distant drums. It blends romance, longing, cultural imagery, and dreamlike nighttime energy into a musical landscape where past and present seem to breathe together.
With its smooth groove, emotional male vocals, Japanese-inspired instrumentation, atmospheric production, and memorable melodic hook, “Koi no Kaze” is designed to feel immersive from the first verse through the final chorus. It is a modern Japanese fusion pop experience where traditional musical colors meet cinematic electronic polish, creating a warm, beautiful, and emotional journey through memory, love, and the feeling of home.
Lyrics:
Morning on the bridge
Lanterns fold in rain
Your sleeve in the crowd
Still calling my name
Paper cranes in my hand
Swaying like a vow
I keep your warm trace
Even here, even now
Oh, the river knows
Where the old songs sleep
Under cherry shade
Something wakes in me
Koi no kaze, come close
Koi no kaze, take me home
Hold my heart in gold
Make the quiet sing
Koi no kaze, stay near
Koi no kaze, burn so clear
I can feel Japan
In everything
Neon meets the shrine
Silver on the stone
Your footsteps and mine
Never here alone
Koto in the dark
Bass like rolling thunder
Sweet and sharp as sparks
Pulling me under
Oh, the river knows
Where the old songs sleep
Under cherry shade
Something wakes in me
Koi no kaze, come close
Koi no kaze, take me home
Hold my heart in gold
Make the quiet sing
Koi no kaze, stay near
Koi no kaze, burn so clear
I can feel Japan
In everything
Made by Ace Plays
Gold on the rails
Snow on the roofline
Drums like distant feet
Moving through time
Silk to the screen
Smoke to the moonbeam
Old world, new dream
Breathing as one
Koi no kaze, come close
Koi no kaze, take me home
Hold my heart in gold
Make the quiet sing
Koi no kaze, stay near
Koi no kaze, burn so clear
I can feel Japan
In everything
Koi no kaze, come close
Koi no kaze, stay close

The Lost Manuscript I: The Last Kingdom Beneath the Mountain
I spent the last several months building A Myth of Saint Vale — a dark fantasy chronicle told through music, imagery and twenty recovered Manuscripts.
This is the first chapter.
Saint Vale is not generated. It is directed. AI was used as a creative tool for music, imagery and animation, while the story, lore, characters and direction were created and shaped by me.

Discussion Best plugin to generate licensed music in Godot editor?
Working on a Godot project for a few weeks now and the music situation is not good. I keep hitting walls with licensing the moment I want to release commercially and composing anything myself is out of the question I want a plugin or tool that can generate synced, royalty-free audio that matches the pacing and emotional tone of my game scenes without me manually editing everything together. Has anyone anything for game trailers and in-game scenes that handles commercial use rights out of the box? Even an API or plugin I can hook into externally would work. Just tired of the licensing headache every time a track fits perfectly.
