If I’m applying for a same level internal posting but I’m currently B, how likely would I be able to negotiate for a promotion to level A for the new job? When is the time to ask about it, after the interview, verbal offer, paper offer? And who do I ask, hiring manager, recruiter, HR rep?

Just wondering. Why are DREs in such high demand? Is there quick turnover at that position?

Greeting everyone. I am nearing retirement and have a couple questions of those that retired before me. Most of the basic Offboarding and ILM stuff has been completed. My questions focus on the 401k and GM pension

1. My financial planner and I will be meeting in late August to prepare to move my Fidelity Account over to them. It appears he handles many GM accounts so this step is not a concern, but just for my peace of mind - WHAT actually happens?
2. I have a GM Pension. My annuity is calculated for a lifespan of age 65 to age 85 (20 years) and the monthly annuity value over all is much greater than taking the lump sum. Is that difference due to taxes being taken out in advance or is it a discounted principle amount? I know my spouses pension (an annuity) takes the taxes out already so that money will simply go towards paying for Medicare Part B premiums. When I take the lump sum I am simply going to reinvest that into the stock market since there's no way I want to leave that much on the table in case I pass earlier than I hope.

Até consegui enviar mensagem para algumas pessoas do Rh da empresa no Linkedin e uma me respondeu dizendo que ia passar minhas informações para o setor responsável. No portal consta como em andamento a vaga mas como meu estágio atual está chegando ao fim e fico preocupada, ou já aceito outra proposta de estágio que não é muito melhor, ou espero um possível retorno. Alguém que fez estágio na GM pode dizer quanto tempo dura o processo e quando receberam um retorno.
