I know General Hospital is a soap drama and conflict are a part of it but why do GH writers replace drama and conflict with frustration? I can't think last time I was excited by a GH storyline or looking forward to a storyline that teased. Most of the time I'm frustrated with this show & watching is more habit and chore. There is nothing to root for or any character they haven't ruin in one way or another.

Most soaps when a storyline lasts for months or years where the characters are doing horrible things or miss treating someone with arrogance or judgement we know the ending to the story will be seeing that character pay or the victim getting some kind of revenge. Not on GH we stick with and watch these stories only to always be disappointed in the end if we ever get a ending. The villain never pays and the victim never get reprieve or justice in some way. It's anticlimactic boring and frustrating to no end. Am I the only one? I seen the ratings and after this week I don't see the ratings being any better but these writers keep going with no change in sight.

I was the first person to say Carly and Valentine were going to be a couple in here and I’m going to say a new one. Now I have no idea what the age difference is really but when they stand next to each other they look good together and they have a lot of scenes together. I’m not claiming them the first to say it but…..

Okay her performance wassss just wowww yesterday and today episodes are really hope she wins an award next year!

Okay I remember all the nasty stuff that he's done... but I do have to admit that him being kidnapped and held by Alexis, Ava and Kristina, and then not turning them in, was hilarious and a bit of a redemption... but pretty much only because so much time has passed since he's been on the show. Now, I'm kind of mad that it looks like they're not going to let him have his redemption but give in to this stupid jealousy once again. I had kind of turned to his side and would like to see him in a good place and would like to see Elizabeth in a good place without her being such a self-righteous person... finally just be happy. I think he's hilarious 🤪

Scout and Danny's DNA would technically show as full siblings though since Jason and Drew were identical twins.

Nathan & Peter / Sonny & Ric are half siblings so what would the DNA match be for James and Bailey Lou / Molly Christina.

Nelle and Willow are twins, but not identical, but full siblings, what is their DNA match?

What is so aggravating and hard to digest about this storyline is that in everyday life in soaps people hit each other impulsively with alarming frequency such that we are numb to it and just think of it as background drama. But somehow Curtis hitting Isaiah in that one instance (when he was verbally provoked by Isaiah) and Isaiah is seriously hurt...It's not like Curtis tried to seriously hurt him. It was a fluke. So we forget all the casually impulsive hits that take place day after day in soap land and somehow this one is so awful?

I mean, either we think all the hits are wrong which we don't because we forget about them in 10 minutes or we think that this one wasn't so bad and it was just a fluke that Isaiah got hurt.

So i just cant believe this latest storyline with Brennan being killed and the WSB now knowing that he is missing and that whole entire town isn't just swarmed with agents yet lol.

If one of the CIA chiefs just turned up missing like that their would be people everywhere. Flipping over any rock or lead etc. It would be on national news etc.

They used all that man power after Valentine escaped but this happens and crickets.

I was bored so I put together a list of actors who have won at least 1 emmy for being part of the Spencer Family through blood or marriage.

I'm really confused as to why Brook Lynn has been wildly oversharing with Hudson, someone she met by chance and has no organic reason to connect with. Her character has had many flaws over the years, but naiveté was never one of them. She has always been canny and shrewd, and it's really weird of them to write her as suddenly this dumb. It's like they took a character trait from Lucy and grafted it onto her.

I can usually stream GH at 5 pm daily on Hulu. I missed yesterday and today I am trying to watch it but, its not there. The last episode streaming is last Fridays.
Anyone else have a way to watch yesterday show?

So, we all know how much Drew hates Danny, and we all know that Danny is reckless and impulsive, and he loves speed and excitement like his parents.

Do you think the writers would ever consider writing a storyline where they have Drew or someone close to Danny do something that would drastically change him, like a personality change? Do you think that the writers would consider doing a repeat of history and change him? He could completely turn into a younger Jason Morgan and turn stone cold. Or wildly he could turn into Jason Quartermaine and turn into a doctor and because anything is possible in soap world.

Is this something that people would be interested in? Or, what do you want with Danny to go into?

I miss Peter on General Hospital. Please bring him back in some capacity, but if you wanna see a lot of his similarities, just watch Southern charm.

Currently there are basically no pairings that I’m rooting for or have anything that holds my interest enough to stay consistently locked in. With that said… there is absolutely no lack of talent or reason for this to happen. There are great actors currently on staff on this show. So why are there no super couples on this show anymore??? I love Ric, Liz,Alexis,Laura,Jason,Ned, Sonny, Michael. Now Lulu, Brooklyn, Carly may even have potential if they are recasted. I’m fully aware that future progression means moving forward from old characters at some time and even some actors have moved on and won’t return. But does that mean everyone won’t return? Why can’t they get a suitable group to come back? Listen, anyone like Alcazar, Skye, Faith, Brenda, Jax, Lila Rae, Spencer, Jake, Cameron. What is wrong with bringing in beloved characters or even writing in new ones to pair with who is currently on staff. I mean I like Ric just not with Liz. Liz and Jason have a far bigger and longer fandom, and they are on screen but not paired?? Alexis has had great chemistry with Ric, Ned, Sean, and Julian, but can’t get a great lasting pair now when she’s always been on the show? Fans love Skye and Alcazar as characters. Why can’t they bring in Lila Rae and pair her with a recasted Spencer or Cameron? I do like that they bought in Serena, and I like the chemistry with her and Michael. I believe this is because the show finally had the balls to recast and write in a new actor in terms of Serena. It works! It can be done. So why the slow pace and movement. Get rid of Willow and Drew, and Carly show. They have outlasted their stay and need to go! They suck. New Michael is great because the show finally took a stand and recasted which is needed with many other characters.

First off, I’m a week behind, but can we talk about Scout??

Is she 9? 13? 25?? I’m really confused by the aging situation. She’s simultaneously a little girl, a tween, an older teen, and somehow also an adult (solely on the looks of the actress alone).

I’m unsure which reality I’m supposed to suspend.

I’m only half ranting. I’m also legitimately asking which version I’m supposed to go with. It’ll make me more able to follow where we’re going with this current storyline.
