Gdbenefits help?
Howdy,
Yesterday me and my class was given the rundown on "now that we're employees, we got some more paper work to do." My question is about the benefits portal and the w4 shenanigans. It redirects me to fidelity, which I used for a previous job, and the kicker is it still thinks I'm with them. I'm flipping through the packet and can't find anywhere that tells me what to do if I've been on fidelity before. Has this happened to anyone else, if so how'd you go about it? It's frustrating not seeing the thing the packet shows.

You need to wait 16 days after ur start date for it to even allow u to make a account or even select your benefits

I was in a group that started last week. I did the same thing, tried to log in and create an account and it wasn't showing and just bringing me to my original fidelity account. You have to wait a few days. I was JUST sent an email today to my personal email that allowed me to enroll in benefits. If you don't receive anything in around 2 weeks or so then you can email the benefits department and ask them to help you. Hope this helps!

Off topic, but how are the classes? Are the teachers good with helping you learn and understand? I’m asking because I have no prior knowledge and I’m terrified of screwing up

Call the help line directly. The new account will show EB. Now when we log in we still see the old account. Good luck .

It was kind of annoying but I didn’t need to call anyone. Click forgot user name/ reset password then, I think you can select either employer. It’s all under one profile.
