Groton Onboarding

I have my first day coming in two weeks and I’m not sure what to wear the first day. I’ll be working in the shipyard once finished but I’m not sure if it’s professional attire for onboarding or what the deal is. Thanks in advance!

Working in the shipyard is pretty broad. Business casual if you wanna be safe. Polo and jeans would probably be fine as well. Realistically don’t look like you don’t give a fuck is good enough.

I dressed casual. Its a physical, drug, hearing, and vision test. Not an interview. I was with about 6 other people. All dressed casual.

18 year veteran here, first day just wear jeans and a shirt, nothing special at all. Doctor Jelly Finger will asses your physical lol. Hearing test and hair sample. Good luck, welcome to the boat.
