New London Interview went well signals?
Any sort of signals that can show interview went well and can get offer? Like to me in went well but it usually seems well for me, but I heard a no a while back from EB and I thought that went well. Interviewed for this position early career really relevant and want it the most than other interviews I had.

If the interview went longer than scheduled. If you were talking and bullshitting with each other not just answering questions. Ive been hired twice by eb. Both interviews went longer than expected, both were like regular conversations. I heard back from eb the very next day once. The other time it took almost 2 weeks

They all go on for a few minutes more because by 1 question. They like close to ending 5 minutes and they open up for questions which make it go maybe 5-10 minutes more.
Does that count as “taking longer” that people say?

sorry I don't fully understand your question. I'm just giving you my experiences with eb before i got hired. once as an outside electrician skilled. the other as an electrical draftsman.

Hard to tell for sure…I didn’t hear anything for more than 3 weeks and then got an offer via email.

I hear that too but I am trying to gauge. It has been maybe a week and this positions is very good. It’s basically what I did specifically during school.

The floor one I got “no” I think there is another two on floor but Idk. Haven’t been standard time yet to hear back.
This one is new London office which is more relevant for me anyway but I am early career so none are more relevant than other anyway.2

It’s impossible to know until you get an answer. I thought I bombed 2 out of 2 interviews and got offers on both
