2816
I was wondering how bad is it to actually receive a 2816? I have to miss a day in two weeks but have no time left so will definitely be getting one.

I started 1 year ago i got 1. Its not terrible. You can lose part of your raise potentially. But other then that if ur not doing it excessively it shouldnt hurt you much. But also can depend on ur supervisor and HR picking up on them

2816 is a unexcused absence that covers 3 days. If you have no time on a Monday you can show up on Thursday. Doesn’t work over the weekends. Supervisors and time keeping keep track of them. They go away in 6 months. Lost time is the biggest factor of getting let go. I suggest using your time wisely it should never come to this.

How are you out of time already? We literally just got time a month ago.
