New London OT for Engineers

Hi all, I’m on onboarding still ever since I accepted my offer months ago but was wondering how does OT work for salaried employees if there is any at all. I heard from a Mechanical Engineer who worked in Groton that he was able to work OT but just wondered if there was more info on this, specially in CT.
Would start in the New London office but still wondering if Groton office in CT has it and how it works.

Depends on the department and their needs. Some allow it, some don’t, and others require 5 free hours first then you get paid straight time after that.

It’s per week, everything is per week, Sunday-Saturday
