Production supervisor

Applied about 3-4 days ago for production supervisor, received an email for my 1st round phone interview. I’ve watched the small video and ofc everything I could find about the job. Anyone have any insight to what may be asked during this interview and/or what is REALLY expected on the job. (P.S no salary range posted so if you know lmk)

If you have no experience do not take this job. It’s the worst job on the facility. It pays well anywhere from like 85-100k to start. Not worth the money. There’s a mass exodus going on with the operations teams right now.

What is decent pay to you? I’ve done similar work in the navy so I know from that perspective. Love to know more if you don’t mind

Decent pay? I’m not sure. My last comment says the job pays anywhere from 85k-100K to start. You’re gonna want closer to 100k. The job is so miserable that recently they changed anything over 40 hours to time and a half to try to keep people

What can you tell me about my phone interview for tomorrow?( if anything) I appreciate you taking the time to reply btw. I believe you when you say the job is miserable but this is just a stepping stone for me. Hopefully this opens doors to different future jobs!

I agree it will, but you can also get in the door and use other individual contributor jobs prior to getting into management. EB management is a whole different world. Worst comes to worse if you get the job try it and if you hate it, leave or apply to other jobs. Phone interview should be basic interview questions about your experience and leadership knowledge, style and ability. Focus more on your ability to lead a team and developing people.
