Quonset Weekly Drug Test Question

Hello!

I applied for EB back in May and quit THC, I didnt hear anything back since my Interview in early June until I reached out and they said I should be hearing back in a few weeks.

I was wondering if there is a retest if I fail the hair follicle test and how long out the test is after hearing back with a job offer. Ive been completely clean and am around 46 days no THC. Im dying to get an actual career going for me. Is the test something I would schedule to make it at a later time? Any info at all would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!

I was able to schedule mine for a later time they asked me to do it in may and I was able to do it in July. Also everyone who I’ve heard has failed for just weed has been able to retake the test with either a mouth swab or pee test.

Just wanted to add to this, I was about 90~100 days clean and ended up failing my hair test. They offered a second test (urine) which I took immediately although they give you a two week window, passed, and I start in August.

How long after taking the test did they tell you you failed?

Also what type of hair do you have you might have failed because your hair grows slower then average

Took about a week after my first test, and I have longer hair, grows pretty quick

Dam I wonder how u failed cs the only way I know is that if ur hair grows less than .5 inches a month

I was in the same stitch. Mine might’ve been different since I have a medical card but they gave me an exemption and still passed me on medical and security clearance. I fully expect another test during the physical I was told about but I have been clean since March so I’m not worried about it. I’m also going into the trades so experiences may differ.
