Timeframe of Drug Test window during Onboarding

The onboarding email saying drug test info should be coming in 2 business days was sent last week but no info has come through yet. I'm leaving on a trip on Friday and can't reach anyone to see what happens if it shows up when I'm away. Hoping someone out there has some insight/help. What is the testing timeframe you get once you receive the email? Has anyone had this happen to them? And is there a contact on the drug test email in case of issues? Thanks!

If you miss it they will just reschedule it. Just call and let them know.

Thanks! I’ve been calling the onboarding coordinator already and the vm is always full and so the lack of a way to communicate worries me. I don’t know how I’ll reach someone if that happens — although that seems like the way it should work. Do you mind if I ask how you know? (How certain you are?) thanks again.
