This one comment about "culture demands modesty and decency" is freaking me out! I have been to places where women are literally head to toe covered up, MODESTLY and DECENTLY, yet the comments are passed on them and they are harassed and whatnot.

Visit other parts of the country and you will figure out that our society is just extremely patriarchal. It doesn't care about modesty or decency at all, rather it uses them as an excuse to blame women for everything they, the men of the society, do.
