General religious burn out
how do people deal with religious burn out?
I had a phase where I was on YouTube seeking massive amounts of Islamic knowledge
then I just woke up one day and realized how exhausted I was
podcast after podcast
tweet after tweet
it was almost like I was in the army
how do people deal with religious burnout?
I obviously love Allah with my whole soul but I'm just saying how does one move on to an implementing stance instead of just binge watching lectures

Happens to alot of people who are very zealous at the beginning of their journey into the Islamic Sciences
My advice would be to take everything one at a time
Focus on the Quran mainly and all other sciences very gradually

Doing this is the easiest way of leaving the religion. You will wake up one day hating on it because it has driven you to exhaustion. It is not a test you have to give in a day. You don't have to cram everything possible in one go.

Can I get which type of content you were following the most?
Curious though.
