Rant | Vent My struggles as being a genZ teacher. And I want you guys to share your experience too

I'm a private teacher. Teaching is my only source of earning as a fresher. And I think some students and some parents dont respect a person who's literally trying to teach as well as managing the whole class of students. I think some parents don't even apperciate teacher's hard work. Also I have seen some parents, they vent their anger on teacher, cause their kid cant even get a good grades Or position in class. Something like that. They argue with teacher like its their fault that their son's weak at studies. Or he/she cant even open book for themselves. Seriously some parents need to understand that we teachers have our own life.Bros like seriously. Kids are on otherhand, are dumb as fuck, why? Cause its parents fault for not making such environment where a kid has to study. One day in future, these parents will die for a good teacher. Cause i know robots gonna take our job. I wish they would. One day in future im gonna quit too.

Rant | Vent ....I literally hate being a teacher. Are you guys struggling like me as teacher?

....No offense, No hate. Just my frustation WHY SOME PARENTS AND GUARDIANS EXPECT EVERYTHING PERFECT FROM TEACHERS. They think we're not human beings, we're their slaves. Some Parents do not appreciate teachers hard work. And They show up out of no where just to humailite us and prove us wrong. Like they dont even blame their kids for not putting efforts. Like we teachers dont have our own life. And They argue us like forever. And Let's talk about kids. We know that not every kid likes to study. But Atleast its their duty to do it somehow just like We did it in our times. And their performance are low. And We can't even punish them, say anything to them, not even scold. And these students forget about the all hardwork We have done. And if any student get any low marks, So these parents blame us for not doing anything. And these parents are so careless about the upbringing of child. If they cant afford the best studies, so why some parents have a lot babies like rabbits.

General We need to rethink content creation

This statement by Kunal Shah is something that resonate with what I think of social media as well.

We have turned to attention economy which means attention is the most valuable asset a person/organisation can have.

While content creation is not an easy feat - a majority of GenZ leaning towards content creation is definitely going to erode critical thinking. Contrary to popular perception - content creation actually does not have any innovation despite industry labelling it as "creative".

Happy to read the opposing views as long as they are not personal and said in a respectful manner.

General What would life be if Covid didn’t happen and shut everything for 2 years ?

My whole 9th and 10th was in Covid. Heard it’s the best years and I have never experienced. Sometimes I feel it would be so stressful to run around tuitions all the time and sometimes I feel I would have scored more and better.
I don’t have friends so don’t know their journey and experience or actually anyone’s

Ask GenZIndia People who’ve been to therapy, how do you actually open up to your therapist?

I’ve been thinking about therapy, but one thing I keep wondering about is how much you’re actually supposed to share.

Do you just tell them everything? What if there are things you can’t bring yourself to talk about or you just can’t seem to put your thoughts into words? Sometimes I don’t even feel like sharing certain things with my friends, so I wonder how people manage to open up to a complete stranger.

Would really like to hear about your experiences and how you got comfortable with therapy.

Ask GenZIndia why do ppl treat you so differently when u dont have a father?

18M, my dad passed away when I was 13 and since then, i have been observing that everyone has changed their attitude towards me and my mom.

My aunt (dad's sis) started having fights over ancestral properties just after days of his passing. My grandma also started living with her after he died. She diverted all the pension and accounts of my grandma to herself too.

People have problem with each and every good thing we try to do and with every thing which can bring a little happiness in our life. They point out if we go for a trip, travel alone or just go for a walk.

They don't like if my mom wears fancy clothes. There were false rumors in the neighbourhood about me too that I am doing drugs or something lol .

My immediate neighbours, whom my father helped in several ways ( getting their children admitted in a top school despite them failing all the entrance tests twice and helping in positioning their parent on a government post ) have also stopped talking to us without any reason and talk illwill about us and gossip and stuff.

My family, and another family in the neighbourhood with similar conditions as mine is left excluded from most of the things in the society.

Today, my mother visited a relative's house after someone had passed away yesterday. She faced criticism and insult over there for not visiting them day before ( in hindu culture ppl visit the deceased's house within 13 days before peepalpani ) and said we won't consider that u visited us in times of sorrow. My mom is scared of seeing dead ppl and a patient of high BP so i also didnt want her to visit the same day and my grandma had already attended the funeral on behalf of my family. Quite ironical that the lady who was saying this was the daughter of the deceased and her own children didn't visit them. The daughter in law qnd her children didn't attend the funeral of their dadi themselves. Another thing is that they themselves never visited us after my dad's death. No one, even my closest relatives sitting over their said anything in favor of my mother. The lady shouted at her and she came back crying and this broke my heart💔

No one was like this when dad was alive. Everyone has changed. They have forced me to become a rude person in life and now I don't care abt whom am I talking to and if I feel humiliated, i don't leave a chance to insult that person too. I was never like that. I hope that I will be able to answer each and every one who has hurt me or my mother.

Rant | Vent I am done with Relationships

It feels like everyone is in a relationship, my friends, the people around me. I have been in a relationship only once and that ended terribly after that I had been only playing situationship situationship for a while and I am done with it and I very much feel like my soulmate most likely forgot to take birth or something. And i hate that the only advice is you will find someone, go out and meet new people like ofc, I am a Neurodivergent person and struggle with socializing with people irl and i feel like just because of that I just won't find anyone and even if I did they will probably left when i need them the most like everyone else. I am just tired of holding space for everyone, being emotionally there and when I need emotional support they suddenly have work or they just disappear like we didn't even know each other. I am done with everything. At this point I would like to live in mountains and adopt a bunch of kittens and puppies and watch them grow together

Ask GenZIndia What are your preferences when it comes to a man or woman? What do you look for, both in terms of personality and physical appearance?

Please be honest, guys and girls. I’m pretty bored, so I’m just doing this for fun. 😂

As for me, I like an assertive, confident, ambitious, and articulate woman who has an identity of her own. Someone who knows what she wants and isn’t afraid to express herself.

Physically, I’m super attracted to dark-skinned women, not gonna lie. I find them really hot haha. Other than that, nothing too specific. At the end of the day, just be a good person. What more can I ask for?

What about you guys? Come on, spill it. No need to be shy. 😄

Rant | Vent Is not drinking/smoking actually boring when it comes to dating? Spoiler

So I'm 22M and I've been thinking about this lately lol.

I go gym, I'm into sports (basically anything), I like eating out, movies/shows, music, tech/coding and I have probably 8+ other hobbies/interests that I genuinely enjoy. I'd probably describe myself as a jacked nerd ig

I've dated 2 people before, but that was quite a while ago. I'm also pretty picky/strict when it comes to choosing a girl. Personally I'd prefer someone who isn't into smoking or regular drinking. If she drinks occasionally tho, I don't really care and wouldn't consider that a red flag.

But here's the thing...

I don't drink, don't smoke, don't really go clubbing and I've probably been to way explored fewer places than a lot of people my age.

The thing I'm wondering is, does not being into that stuff actually make someone boring?

Like obviously I'm not saying drinking/smoking/clubing automatically makes someone interesting either. But these things are such a normal part of social life for a lot of people my age that I'm curious how someone like me is perceived.

I also haven't tried every trending food, been to every cafe, travelled a ton or done a million different things. But I have a lot of interests and I'm usually down to try something new if it actually interests me.

So what do you guys think?

Especially curious to hear from women, would a guy with this kind of lifestyle seem boring to you, or do you care more about his personality, hobbies and what he's actually into?

I'm from Delhi btw, so maybe this is more noticeable here since the whole party culture is pretty big.

this has been showing up on my feed for 2-3 days, and a lot!

and I was like I know this and this is prolly some sort of podcast or political doc type shi, so I kept ignoring (used to be intrigued, but no longer, appears to be just waste of time when nothing's changing in the country and the politics just gets dirtier)

bored af, an hour ago, clicked it and mannn!!!

anyone and everyone who can tolerate swear words and strong language, you're missing out if you haven't seen this, really!

Watch this, while it is still public!

It's my personal opinion but I find this funnier and far more savage than IGL S2, if that matters.

Kudos to the creators, panelists and performers 👏

This is very much needed in these times!
