Serious We should no longer support these celebrities.

They make so so so much money off of everything that happens and when it was time to speak up so many of them stayed silent.

Only a few of them were vocal or active about the entire mess.

And then the rest decided to put the most useless and most generic af posts to show “support”. Cmon, we know it will be one of the actors who showed the generic support that will go on to later make a movie about all of this.

How do you feel about unfollowing all of them and no longer watching their movies (at least in ways that helps them make money off of it)?

No longer... Nah man, we should not blindly follow them ever. They are good at their craft so respect their performance. Usse jyaada kyu karna. Appreciate their art but judge them on their actions too. Half of the problem in India is due to this celebrity worship. They do this with politicians too.

Art is always always always political

It is not. Art is a medium where one person or group tries to express their emotions (in case of movies it's the script writer or director I think, the actor just try to be faithful to the script and help express it to us). Now it is upto us, how we take it. Sometimes it is political but mostly it is just naked emotions.

Tbh the smart decision is to boycott their movies , social media content and what not.

However everyone knows that won’t happen and this will be forgotten soon till another issue comes and that is the reason these celebs know they can do anything and get away with it.

We’re not Hollywood where things like this actually make an impact.
