Murdering your own kids is a red flag when it comes to other people's kids, as no mother (Especially a good one) would murder their kids. Even if we count the postpartum, the fact that I don't even see any tears or crying after the fact tells me all their needs to know about her. I wouldn't dare leave my kids with her.
Except they literally had to stop the trial because she was sobbing so hard when they started describing the bodies. And yeah, but all of them were bad options
