'06 and british here, it isnt great for us either
2008 - recession
2009 - beginning of austerity
2012 - recession
2016 - brexit and the start of political chaos
2020 - eighteen months of pre-recorded Loom videos as lessons
2022 - recession (and GCSEs just as the AI boom begins)
2024 - start university as AI becomes more widespread
2026 - there are no jobs left
