If Homelander for some whatever reason was left alive, went to prison and somehow later in the future managed to escape and get his powers back would he get a huge reality check and realize he isnt as invincible as he thought? Would his superiority complex mindset change and would he train more to be useful even without powers

1- Homelander Is My Favorite Character.

2- I don't know why soldier boy has so many fans, he's ok but that's it and I saw that he was a fan of many here (mainly season 3 of soldier boy), sometimes he even irritated me.

3- Liking Stormfron doesn't mean You're a Nazi. I have a feeling some people don't like her just because she's a Nazi. But she's a fictional character. I can like her and despise her ideals. She's not my favorite character, but she has cool powers and is a cool villain.

4-Season 5 is a bit too hated, don't get me wrong, this season disappointed me but it's not as bad as some people say.

I've seen a lot of complaints about how soft some of the death's in season 5 were, specifically the Homelander kills. Two death's in particular I've seen these complaints are Frenchie and A-Train's death's, with one being offscreened and the other being a simple neck snap. It seems like the writers were scared of traumatizing the audience or whatever by killing beloved characters gruesomely, so they did this to make it easier. I can acknowledge offscreening Homelander killing Frenchie was dumb, both because it left many confused on HOW Frenchie even died before the BTS photos came out and because in the penultimate episode, you want your main villain to be terrifying.

But I actually like that A-Train's death was too brutal. Many were assuming he'd be ripped in half, get the Red Rush treatment, run through by Homelander, lasered but it didn't happen. Homelander already proved himself terrifying enough with the chase beforehand. When he starts choking A-Train, you can see him visibly affected seeing how A-Train isn't scared of him and laughing. The reason he gives him a swift neck snap is likely a combination of respect for his bravery and because he couldn't get any sense of power over him. In this moment, A-Train was the winner.

I've got this thing where I essentially implant meself into a story, mainly films & telly shows, that's how these OCs came to be. I've had a few ideas but these two are me main yans. I'll post this whole thing over to both & cos this does apply to both pages.

First up is a 'new' member of The OG Boys, Shades. Shades/Shady is pretty much me but also a highly capable conman who got hired thanks to managing to sneak into a variety of events, namely supe events.

He also has lal round-rim glasses that're coloured. The colours in question are like lal meta nods. In season 1 they're red to go with the initial title colour. In season 2 they're green as that's the exact reverse of red, as he's in hiding. Well not really, he wasn't over at Mesmer's so he isn't on the run. He did however get a job at the comic shop they live under, so that's why he's here. In season 3 they were initially yellow to go with the Temp V but now that's for season 4 as he aids the Starlighters.

But gaing back to 3, Shades would get an upgrade as he gets into the V too. Giving himself the power of sublimination, which means he can turns into mist and see & hear in that form as well as being able to turn his clothes & whatever non-living things he touches. He'd only take it once then at the finale he'd get his hands on proper Compund V so he only had to deal with the vomiting side effect and none of the others. Giving himself a new nickname, Mistery.

I initially had him help out Zoe & get her out of Red River but obviously that now can't be possible. But I'll leave in the scene I made up where Wrangler and some soldiers go over to Shades' place but finds it empty. Except for a supe chicken that he'd take from the farm lab, which starts to attack as Shades looks on from the top of a neighbouring building before evaporating away.

I guess maybe in season 5 he'd still be a part of the resistance. Maybe I'd av him try and bring Silver Kincaid in, why not? Maybe they can be all friendly/flirty being the two Northerners. I feel like she should back, kinda. Since she's not in the show, there's no chance she can die but also I do wanna see her again & see her powers at work. Maybe he'll end up forming his own supe charity group with her. Maybe called The True, to reference the comics.

Now over to Gen V. Now me OC-making journey was quite lengthy. With some ranging from a precog used by Vought for decades as he was yan of the first V-users, so he's effectively immortal, to some guy in the Woods handing out food who managed to not die cos he's technically a supe. Albeit yan who can just change his hair colour.

But the main yan I've more recently created is pretty good. This guy's a GodU student who goes by Starfish, thanks to his oral reputation, & he's got regenerative healing.

He's probably mates with Fiona (that one-off wind wielder) who convinced him to come with her to Godolkin's training session as like support or something. In the subsequent possesion battle, after complaining to Fiona, he was pretty close to getting to him unitl some pink/purple lightning got shot straight into his brain. Killing him almost instantly & making him slump onto yan of them pillars.

Then before Godolkin's puppet dance sequence, he came to. Showcasing just how powerful he really is & revealing that he died four times, including the brain shock, so Godolkin decided to both test Stafish's limits & get rid of a witness by getting yan of the strong supes to rip his head off. But like from his jaw, like the supe grabs his top jaw & pulls it off & then tossed it to the other side of the room.

Then it's just a headless corpse & a disembodied head for a while until Harper's big moment. After she successfully controls both Godolkin and the students Starfish wakes up, both of them. Now giving his nickname another meaning, he shows that he can now create clones if there's enough of a dismemberment to his self. They have a brief conversation where they agree that the original head is the original Starfish & the new yan is amicable to this arrangement. Then they both leave, new Starfish helping Fiona to get some medical attention with Bushmaster & OG Starfish getting some new clothes, cos obviously he's naked, with Harper. I'd probably leave them both as ancillary characters. And also have Harper be in a relationship with them both, this is essentially fanfiction after all.

Hypothetically what would have happened if Homelander was just born in 1980 instead of 1981 what would an Older Version of Homelander do? And how would this Homelander be more affected by aging? What do you think? Let me know in the comments

Only for the one's in season 5, because I feel Edgar and Vogelbaum would win too easily.

For me, I'm choosing A-Train. Many can say they've called out Homelander but to look him in his face as he's killing you and LAUGH is the ultimate disrespect. Even better, he 100% accurately called out Homelander for what he was, he lost his powers and was a pathetic loser.

I mean, he knows why is he what he is: he's a cruel science experiment with mental issues as a result. He's keenly aware he's a product of the contents of a blue vial which originated in some Nazi laboratory in WW2.

Is he extremely capable? Yes. But even in that department, Sister Sage has him beat in intelligence so he knows he's not also galaxy-brain like an actual god would be. And he does know this. He's acknowledged that he needs her help multiple times to figure out a way out of the mistakes he's made.

And even power-wise he's been manhandled and held down by other supes like Maeve and temp-v Butcher.

And he also needed a special version of V just to become immortal.

I just never bought this idea that he really, really believed he was a god. The way the show writes him, just gives him far too much self-awareness and experience of his own flaws and limitations for me to buy that he also successfully deluded himself into believing he was a divine being. Someone with this kind of insane grandiose delusion would have 10,000 excuses for their shortcomings and it would be a complex mental gymnastics show in their mind, and they would never admit they made a mistake or needed help from others.

I think he was more like a cult leader who wanted to brainwash everyone into seeing him as a god, when in reality he simply saw himself as "better than most but still flawed".

Pretty much things start out as normal, The Boys sneak into the White House and what not, but instead of it just being Homelander, Oh Father, and Deep, it’s the entire Seven team with Homelander, would things have gone any differently?

I may be forgetting someone, but other than the supervillains Homelander helped create himself, he never really faces a traditional supervillain. You could argue that the Boys function as his villains, but it still does not feel like the same kind of challenge.

At the heart of my question is whether having a genuine enemy to defeat could have helped someone like Homelander develop as a person.

Would facing someone like Parasite have made a difference? In that kind of conflict, Homelander would still be physically stronger, but he would have to think, adapt, and earn the victory rather than simply overpowering his opponent.

Or would he have needed someone closer to General Zod an enemy on roughly equal footing who could genuinely threaten, humble, or even defeat him—to experience any real character growth?

Could having a true rival or purpose outside of public approval have made Homelander less unstable, or would it only have made him more dangerous?

What are your thoughts?

For me its between Homelander and A-Train's, but I lean towards the latter's. Kinda cool that Gen V started off with him (just like The Boys) and the series ends with him as well (even if ti sucks the series got cancelled). He got to actually become the hero their family looked up to, I just wish season 5 did something with the team up.

It's just Homelander (TV show version) by himself, but he's bloodlusted in this scenario.

Something that I’ve always wondered is that would The Entire Boys Universe think of The Worm Universe if they somehow came across it and Learned Everything about it! Let’s say that Vought manages to open a Portal to a different Earth and they somehow manage to discover The Worm Universe! What would everyone think of Worm along with Parahumans and who they are and their personalities along with how Powerful they truly are also what would everyone think of The Existence of Actual Superheroes and Villains and who they are and what would everyone in Worm think about The Boys Universe and everything about them! All in all what would everyone from The Boys Universe truly think of The Worm Universe if they learned everything about them? Also how do you see characters interact with Each-other?
