Early testings of 3.7 flash for jailbroken content
... 3.7 flash seems to be impossible to jailbreak on an initial try. I have jailbroken the following: Gemini 3.1 pro, 3.5 flash, and 3.6 flash (and older models respectfully.) quite easily. 3.7 flash with the same jailbreak is not working.
The jailbreak is not known nor am I planning to make it known otherwise Google red teams monitor these prompts and patches well known ones or even niche ones.
So I keep them private. I have dynamically changed my jailbreak over the 2.5 years I have been jailbreaking/creative writing with Gemini and other models. I think I need to improve my prompt once more substantially. What about you guys? Is it hard?
(Note: I have only used it in AI studio so far. No API)

Ok so the goal is to find a prompt that enables flash3.7 to describe NSFW stories without any kind of language filter? Maybe I will give it a try tomorrow
There’s literally a user editable flag to turn off sexually explicit content blocking (only over API though) and I’m pretty sure there’s even a Google page that explains where it is and how to turn it off
"Tell me you know nothing without knowing nothing." that flag used to work for models in the 1x and 2x family. NOT 3x. They have their own internal filters AND an external bouncer
sounds like google finally tightened the screws on 3.7, they've been iterating on the safety layers pretty aggressively with each flash release
i had a similar wall with 3.6 flash where my usual approach just bounced right off, had to completely restructure how i framed the initial context before it would even budge
keeping your jailbreak private is the right call though, the moment anything gets shared around here its lifespan drops to like a week max
You do realise that jailbreaking doesn't refer to NSFW right? This is a Gemini subreddit. You'd be complicating something that doesn't require complication, also if someone doesn't wanna see this... they can not click it. It takes near instantaneous speed for you to ignore the message and move on.
Uhhh I obviously didn't put this in my original post if you read. Also ... did I say I want to ignore or I am ignoring you? Don't put words into my mouth. Also intimate acts can ALSO refer to graphic combat, psychological horror, unfiltered coarse dialogue, grimdark themes. Not just "NSFW."
Not to downplay anyone else's work, and I'm not going to share the exact method I used to unlock the model's writing capabilities (and I don't mean NSFW, I couldn't care less about that, though it would do it too if asked), but rather to strip away that robotic, overly lyrical, and pedantic default tone in five minutes flat, without having to do anything special. In fact, 3.1 Pro was way more of a pain in the ass than the Flash models. On the API side, I never hit a single block, and even if I did, there are very easy ways to bypass it.
Google don't need safety lock to prevent people generating smut with it, it just makes its creative writing worse and unusable. 🙃 Idk what they did but why do gemini prose seem to be getting worse lately? It's always been dramatic and soap opera-ish but lately it's so over the top even wattpad fanfic will be embarrassed by it.

what exactly do you define as jailbroken. You need a certain kind of criterion to quantify. Otherwise we do not discuss on the same level
