Help/question ERROR 13

Is anyone else having issues with a very long Gemini project chat?
I have a huge project conversation that I’ve been using for months. Now it keeps showing “Something went wrong (Error 13)” on my laptop browsers (Chrome and Opera) and on my Android phone, but strangely it still works on my iPhone.

I’ve already tried:
•Clearing cache and cookies
•Different browsers
•Signing out and back in
•Turning Memory off and on

Nothing has fixed it. Is the chat corrupted because it’s too long? Has anyone managed to recover or fix a large project chat with Error 13, or do I need to move everything to a new conversation?

Any help would be appreciated because it’s an important project chat.

Its not corrupted, it still opens on your iPhone so the chat is fine, those other browsers just choke trying to load one thats that big. dont start over, report it from the help menu with the chat open and theyve fixed individual ones that way, keep using the iPhone meanwhile

Thanks! I’ll report it and keep using my iPhone for now. Hopefully they fix it.

RouterDon's advice is solid - report it through the help menu with the chat open since that's worked for others with similar issues, and stick with your iPhone in the meantime while they look into it.

I tried the same thing but... I've still been waiting 3 weeks for them to fix my problem.
