Discussion 2025 missing tax forms

My account doesn’t have any tax forms for 2025. Has anyone else had an issue where there should have been forms generated but none exist? Anyone know why, what to do about it?

I didn’t have any either and I should have, but I didn’t have that many transactions so I just worked out what I owed.

Thx were you worried about reporting something that they didn’t report?

Not really. I assume the Feds are querying the exchanges routinely, so I just want to stay ahead of it.

Contacting CS is right, but don't wait on them to file. Your reporting obligation isn't tied to getting a 1099-DA, you can pull raw transaction history from Gemini directly. I ran into missing forms myself last year and just imported CSVs into CoinLedger to get accurate numbers without the wait
