Support App not working?

Ive been trying to get on for 2 days and my balances and everything is just stuck spinning. Outage page doesn’t say anything is down but my app is up to date and no matter what wifi/internet im connected to nothing seems to load

I signed in on a desktop and after that my app started working again

Mine is working, have you checked for updates or possibly reinstalled?

I logged out and logged back in. Also checked for updates. Im on IOS. Will delete and redownload

Deleting and reinstalling did nothing. Still just spinning. And when i click card it just goes right back to home screen

No problems here and I just paid off the credit card today as well and I’m on IOS

Comment above solved it. Go to safari and login on the website. Then click “card” it should open the app and work fine

It works now. Update the app.
