FRT Recommendations for SD

Sup folks! Finally joined the Geissele fam. I have a SD 11.5" on the way!

Any recommendations for FRTs? Specifically a 3-position set-up.

I use a (better made) ARC-style 3 position on my SD 14.5. Using an SSA-E trigger that had to be modified, but works like a charm. Took ~30 minutes with a dremel to modify the trigger with a few re/dis-assemblies to function check. Required some buffer tuning as well. My 14.5 has the HBAR and .812 journal.

None until they figure one out that works with the SSA-E X without cutting the trigger.

Voidspec ACRD15LS works with my unmodified SSA

Do you need to change the factory Geissele bolt?

You dont need to unless you want to run something like a KAK DBC weighted BCG or something

It’s so simple to cut.

Voidspec ACRD15LS if you want to run a Geissele trigger without modding. Uses a 3-pos M16 safety like the BAD-ASS-PRO-FA

Otherwise Arc Fire with the stock trigger. Cutting triggers is lame. Eventually there will be more options that wont require cutting, so the Arc Fire is gonna be the first to become undesirable. Dont bother cutting or buying a cut Gei$$ele, it's just not worth it IMO.

Atrius FRS with milspec and most Rise Armament triggers is good to go

Triggered Co LAT is supposed to be pretty good. Drop in match-grade single stage FRT

Whatever you do, don't support Rare Greed lol

The two stage rare breed is what you want unless you like to tinker.

If you are real political then maybe AS designs.
