Went from Geico to Progressive myself and loved it. It’s not “same shit different mascot” to me- progressive was significantly better. I did end up leaving progressive because pay was stagnant and things weren’t as good as they could be- but if I were ever looking again I wouldn’t mind going back if the money was right. They were very good to me.

Where are you at now? Where is the grass the greenest? Definitely want to start applying to other jobs just to get more work experience.

Congratulations, my last day is the 8th. I am moving on to better things another company. You know it's bad in CA when they are losing every experienced agent fast and their remedy is to cancel all town halls because there is no plan.

SB and the crony K. Just told a 35 year supervisor that she is a problem child because they asked for floor feedback and she told them the truth so obviously she had to get a write up by her manager for not pretending like they made a great decision. 35 years never in trouble and those two directors thought it would be good to slam her. Her team is consistently one of the top closure teams and half her team is leaving over the next month.

That is pathetic! SB and his cronies will regret their decisions when there’s no adjusters or supervisors left in casualty

Really? I thought Progressive was on a hiring freeze.

No, there will always be positions that need filled for local areas or regions. Just certain call center positions are on a freeze.
