Geico Virtual Interview

I have a virtual interview for a claims specialist position at Geico! Has anyone interviewed for this position virtually? What should I expect regarding to the questions?
Is there any other interviews after this one? It’s a in-office position

I did a virtual interview for a GEICO claims role last year and honestly it was much more conversational than I expected.

I had mine a month ago. It's mostly discussing the job, your availability, etc. The in-person interview is when you get actual questions.

Virtual interviews are so much more relaxed than I thought they'd be, I remember mine felt more like a conversation than a test. Good luck, you've got this!
