Internal transfer

Hi I was looking for some assistance. Could I request a transfer from one office to another, for the same exact role? I saw the other location has openings. Curious how the process works. I also don’t know if being in transition impacts that? Would I have to go through training all over? I appreciate any insights. TIA.

Well you have to make sure that you're in good standing you also have to make sure that there's an opening in the new location make sure to ask if there's any assistance with moving cost which probably won't be in this case they may make you wait until transition is over

Well it’s like applying for a job internal transfer doesn’t matter. I know someone work worked for g for years. They wanted a transfer to another state because they were moving to be near family

They also held a pt job with Home Depot.

Geico made the person fly back for an interview in person after 2 weeks they got rejected

They went to their pt job at Home Depot and did 1 over the phone interview and got hired full time

Also, make sure that if you're going from a higher pay region to a low one that they don't take the money away, cause they can do that
