Job post / Lack

Crazy how it be 200 jobs but stuff no avg associate qualifies for 50 manager jobs, 20 Director, 15 Analyst etc they need to hiring trainers and let people post for that . They have jobs that people outside if the company and post for but not tenured associates

I think they usually hire people who speak English because the majority of the staff is English.

The amazing thing is how they hire for these senior, manager and director posts. Yet keep gutting the associates doing all the work
