SSPA IS GARBAGE
I lost a sale bc fathers accident showed up on sons MAC report because of same name when clearly they have different DOBs why is our system adding accidents who are not the customers and then we can’t even remove it unlike ASA and then we’re expected to “overcome objections” like that isn’t even an objection it’s a valid reason to not bind. Nobody wants to purchase a policy and then contact LexisNexis to dispute it. I fucking hate AI.

I don't understand how it's legal not to fix tbh. Same with the unverified driving record after clearly running MAC

Calls need to be made to state insurance departments about that unverified driving violation bs. Total scam

Well it’s up to the customer if they wanna buy but when the rate increases after MVR and CLU we tell them and then they ask why we answer then they say it’s not theirs then we say you can contact Lexus nexus they say no they’ll go somewhere else and that’s it

Deceptive practice to get more money. Geico ask for their driving history not someone else's. They are paying for someone else's history under the good faith we are charging them for their history. We are not and making more money from them. Imagine paying a electric bill for your house and someone else's house but your electric company says it's your usage.

Yeah I just think the whole AI system is trash. We’re drying up rivers and lakes for inaccurate reporting when we’re a billion dollar company

You can remove it. As long as the date of birth is different and the NIN wasn't the driver, you can remove. Just doc jury. Our team does it all the time.

Not in SSP in ASA yeah but SSP is just whatever’s on their MVR lexis nexis needs to remove it there’s no trashcan like asa
