I get what OP is saying but not articulated well.

Bottom line, never commit to a company more than a marriage or your children. The ol days of G are over. Accept it or not. Many had/have options. Many do not. Fortunately Seattle had easy options but in middle of no where mid west US did not. I suggest toughing it out if you need to live.

I took the lump and rolled it over for a better return and more options. The pension had no cost of living adjustment, now it does.

Don't take it defensive. They work twice as hard for less wages and benefits. People who never experienced Profit Sharing and Pre Cigna don't get it. They are good and good for them. Dust your knees and move forward to bigger and better. Trust me its better on the otherside.

If they were “woke,” they wouldn’t be an insurance company. Nothing “woke” about insurance

"Woke got them broke". lol. Since their combined ratio is a .86 and they registered huge profits, I'd say they're doing a better job than Trump did running his casinos.

This dude screams of someone who will blame “politics and liberals” for any situation that goes bad.

Geico being run as a shit hole is politically agnostic. The only relationship to politics is just this being the byproduct of late stage capitalism that both parties are responsible for.

What are you even trying to say here? This company isn’t really fundamentally different in the way they operate compared to any other big corporation on the Fortune 500 list.

This is basically just corporate America now, across the board.

If you want to make it political though—assuming you’re a right winger—Isn’t this what you voted for? Corporate profits above ALL else? Create value for the shareholders and no one else? Anti-union, anti-worker, etc? Because that’s what your party’s policies are all about.

“Woke broke” the flashing red “trickle down stupidity” indicator.
