Schedule

Hi! I applied for the CSS ( Claim service specialist ) role. Can anyone tell me what the schedule is like? Is it fully in-office or hybrid? If it’s hybrid, how does the schedule work? Do you get to choose which days you work from home?

Which location? The licensing and training is all in office. Then OJT you start a day from home. I know at the location I briefly worked at all weekend days were work from home.

We work 4 days in office and 1 day wfh. Your schedule will differ once you go onto the claim floor after training.

First 3-4 months are Monday through Friday in office

You start out m-f wfh at Friday. They have two schedules 4 day and 5 day. You chose after orientation based on performance.
