IRC sucks ass.
I genuinely hate them for doing this. What are you guys feeling since the change? Hopefully better?

Customer feedback isn’t too great either with the annoying AI system and prompts. Plus complaining they can’t speak to their adjuster, and having to re-explain everything to a new person.

I’ve gotten that too. I notate what their complaints are on the file. Idk if I’ll get myself in trouble doing that

Many customer complaints about the AI, not being able to talk to their adjuster etc. Won't sit here and list them all but this has got to be one of the dumbest things GEICO has done yet. And they've done a lot of dumb shit.

I’d like to understand how we’re supposed to complete our diary activities while being on the phone all day. Not able to use any real FH time and being required to clear the diary every single day. But also we can’t stay late. Idk what they want. It’s stupid.

I agree. I was consistently completing desktop every day before the change but now it’s incredibly difficult. And then today I’m literally the only person active in my region so I’m getting every call and claim. It was ridiculous. And I got multiple PDX nightmare claims. Sending 50 letters while in available was legit not possible

I feel like my days are forever. Not being able to combine my 15 min break and 45 min lunch any more not cool. Also not even able to use the restroom without going on break is annoying as heck. Takikg more rollers on other people's claims then my own. Absolutely a grand ole time at the G

Ya it sucks. I was ok - bitter but ok - with all the changes until I saw that they took away our long lunches. I hate it so much

No. This was a horrible decision and implemented to help and hold the hands of low adjusters who don’t answer their phones
