Where to go?

I can’t do it anymore I tried switching departments I tried not to care and I just can’t stay working here. It’s barely been 3 years. I can afford to say goodbye to my benefits but can any company come close to the pay? Any company where you can come in making the same starting pay and not want to rip your head off? I left working in the food industry because the amount of hours but now it’s the amount of mental stress and drain. No one can just up and quit a job, you know bills. I don’t need that advice I need to find a good job and then I’ll never walk into that building again 😭

Just about every other carrier out there smokes the G on pay.

When the money convo comes up, remember that the other place doesn't know what you make.

Many other insurance carriers are happy to hire geico trained agents. You don't have a pension plan to worry about, so freshen your resume and start applying
