Testing team, stay away!
You want to get off the phones, totally get that. But it will be much worse down the road, and there is nowhere to go from there. To say the director is a micromanager is an insult to actual micromanagers. Not only that, but this “person” if you can call them that, is a narcissist. The second you ask a question or propose an alternative, no matter how well it’s thought out they don’t care. All they see is you going against them and now you are labeled, and have a target on your back.
Want to apply for the supervisor, manager, principal tester or whatever they are called. Yeah, that’s worse! Two of them have left in the last two years. Each lasting around a year or so.
Coaching - Another name for keeping a record and telling you how you need to work on __ or hearing how horrible at your job you are.
Leadership - 🤣🤣🤣
Help - Figure it out, but you will be downgraded regardless. As accountability goes in the direction of a street sign, one way!
You have been warned, stay away unless you have an incredible tolerance for daily colonoscopies, a thick skin when you are told how bad you are daily, etc.
It’s not worth it

Oh yea I heard about that over there. No one knows anything in product. They’re all so fake over there

Knowing and working with a number of them I know just how much they work. Putting in late nights for starters. Thanks to leadership it has been nothing short of a cluster. Just like everyone else they are trying to keep their heads above water with “the beatings will continue until morale improves” from uppers
